Job Training

Jobs in Honduras are difficult to find because of lack of skills and education.  Expanding Borders is trying to prepare poor women with the skills needed to make a living for their families.

Through Expanding Borders, women can pay a small amount and attend school to become trained to work in a beauty shop.

The ministry also has women that work to make jewelry and crosses that are sold in the states through Dorcas Jewelry.  The proceeds from the sales not only pays the women a salary but also provides monetary support for the ministry.
